Saturday 8 April…Super sunshine day, everyone should be itching to gat back into the water. Seemed a virtual ladies day training today. Tuesday 4 April….Ooooh a super sunrise over the Med. here in the S.France from our house. A couple of days away to catch up on some domestic chores, back in UK tomorrow to get back to teaching. Time to get wet everybody, April and sunshine is here, so join us for some fun dives. If you own your own equipment, then its time to sign up for the Equipment Specialist course, learn how everything works, how to maintain your kit and make repairs.
Sunday 2 April….Bright sunshine again, and a busy old crowd of divers at the Cove, photo of departing and queuing at the bus stop for space. Only reflects the true pleasure of midweek diving, so come join us. Well done today guys, a very early morning AOW Search n Recovery exercise, and away to catch up on dive jobs for the rest of the day.
Saturday 1 April….Well, it may be sunshine this afternoon, but it was grim this morning, arrived at Cove 7am to steal the last space on bottom car park, rain, wind and dismal. Viz is currently very bad, but by lunchtime it worsened, at moment it is Advanced diver training only. Well done to Mark today and a big thanks to Peter and Julian for their help teaching today. Added a couple of pics, not sure what Em is doing, and the other of HDS who were up there today.
Saturday 11 March….A busy day again in the school, still finding he odd minute to move shop. Welcome and well done today to Emily and Liam on their PADI Discover Scuba course and to Dave and Islam on their PADI Open Water course today. Thanks to Julian for his help teaching, and the green label cakies and one cal Maccy dee this morning. Teaching tomorrow and to Derby in the evening for a scuba session for a group of youngsters.
Thursday 9 March…Found time for a little shop moving today and a dash to Birmingham to pick up some dive equipment. Welcome and well done to Lauren on her Scuba Review and to Ben on his PADI Open water course referral with us. We will be sending out info on Red Sea liveaboard scheduled end of January 2018, have just had confirmation on pricing from tour operator, bigger boat and all the trimmings, more info in Newsletter.
Monday 6 March….Super sunshine day but inside again today. Welcome and well done today to Gemma and Micky on their PADI Open Water referral course. Nice to see Kaira and Dan who dropped by to see us, and globe trotter Cathal (aka Finchey) who came in and invested in his UK diving future, no excuses now Finchey ! Why not try this unusual aspect of diving, learn a great deal about wrecks, our maritime heritage, and pick up some valuable dive skills along the way.
Sunday 5 March….Good to be inside teaching today for a change. Welcome and well done to Amarpreet on his PADI Open Water course today. Will try to have the March newsletter published tomorrow or Tuesday, so keep your eyes out for new dive trips and equipment bargains. Next months trip is to e Medes Islands for a weekend or longer if you have time off, so keep a look out for details on FB.
Saturday 4 March….A lovely day….but, teaching inside, looks like we save all open water dives for when its raining at the mo. Great news for our Red Sea Liveaboard in Jan 2018, lots of our friends are going again (awaiting a Flecktonian response however). All will be really pleased I think, at our options. Friday 3 March….A dismal rainy day at the Cove today, but it didn’t deter our students. Well done to Tom on his PADI Drysuit Speciality and to David on his PADI Archaeology Diver course. Training in the dry/pool for the next few days, quite welcome after todays weather.
