Friday 20 March…An early morning start

Friday 20 March…An early morning start, and spectacular eclipse just as we were heading underwater. Well done to Doc Bav on his PADI Scuba Review this morning, and well done to Kevin and Darryl on their PADI Rescue Diver skills at Stoney Cove this afternoon. Thanks to Joe for his help today, and comatose body role. Anyone else for the PADI EFR course this Sunday ?

Thursday 19 March…Finally found time

Thursday 19 March…Finally found time to clear the remnants from the old unit, dashing back n forth in the vans. Did we miss the smog today, air was fresh as it was pumped on Monday. Will 2moro mean millions will be wearing cardboard boxes and funny glasses to witness the eclipse, through thick grey clouds laden with smog. Please….diving has to be more fun ? Especially with all these goodies (photo) to consume. Lots of diving over the next 4 days, come join us.

Weds 18 March…A busy day transporting

Weds 18 March…A busy day transporting cylinders to all corners of the earth it seems, and catching up on some Reg servicing. Managed Stoney Cove today and the night dive, but where were you all, its positively springtime and moderate conditions for diving. For the small group that managed it tonight, a rewarding visit to the pub. There’s a PADI EFR/First aid running on Sunday, why not check yours is in date, if its not come join us.

Tuesday 17 March…Ooops

Tuesday 17 March…Ooops ! Another late night posting again, been away on a new equipment course myself today, sadly North of Nottingham by too far. Always nice to get dive enquiries to call back which breaks up the driving, some old faces and some new. So a day out of the water means we are getting wet tomorrow, and remember its Weds night dive at Stoney, so all the keen peeps will be there, and of course the pub after, to warm up.
