Tuesday 29 September….Back into the swing of things now,

Tuesday 29 September….Back into the swing of things now, settling in to a full week of teaching and diving. Looking forward to the Open Water phase with the three ladies who started their full Open Water course today, it will certainly be a Ladies day at the Cove very soon. There’s still spaces left on the 2 up and coming Drysuit courses, next week and the week after, if you haven’t done so, then the time is now !

Sunday 27 September…..Another great diving day at Dosthill again today

Sunday 27 September…..Another great diving day at Dosthill again today, and ince more bathed in sunshine. Of course its congratulations to all our Open Water students, but an especial well done to 11 year old Amber (see video https://youtu.be/L_JtrogW5dQ )who qualified today, and made it all look so simple. Thanks to Abs and Joe who travelled over today to help teaching. I have it on good authority, from the Met Office, that the good weather is going to last for at least 2 weeks, so come and take advantage with an escorted dive or a further course.

Saturday 26 September….First day back on the job for Chris

Saturday 26 September….First day back on the job for Chris, after weeks of playing at the coast. A superb day bathed in sunshine and an Open Water course at Dosthill. Nice to see some old faces there, and of course Ian F. too. Well done to Amber, a young lady who made it look so simple, and thanks to Julian and Mike for travelling over to teach too. A big thanks to the AQT team for staffing all the courses, in the absence of Chris for the last few weeks. Its time of course to take up that Drysuit Course ready for the weather change, so extend your diving season and join us for some fun diving.

Sunday 20 September….Well, you may have noticed from our FB absence this week

Sunday 20 September….Well, you may have noticed from our FB absence this week, that Chris is still away on his course, and a couple of us have taken our much awaited weeks vacation, and not in sunny climes either. This week is back to normal, you can see in the photo, thankfully the Cove’s visibility is currently 6 metres, perhaps not today so much. Time to think of the Drysuit course ready for that Autumnal/winter weather to come, and Navigation to further your experience and confidence.

Saturday 12 September….Thought this early morning photo of Plymouth Sound

Saturday 12 September….Thought this early morning photo of Plymouth Sound might tempt one or two, and remind others of the great diving this area has to offer, some of us are already down here, but another trip is planned for end of the month, oh, and a little tampter abroad too. In the interim, its time to schedule a “meet up” for those 22 diving friends who are off on our Red Sea live-aboard in January, now only 3+ months away to relive the summer sun, with spectacular dives, we will be sending out details in next couple of weeks. Meanwhile, its time to think about Drysuit diving for winter, why not join us for your Drysuit qualification course ?
