Aqua T Brrrrrrrrrrr

Tuesday 31 January – Brrrrrrrrrrr ! Well done to Tomasz this morning at Stoney Cove on his PADI Open water course, braved the drop in temperature in preparation for the Baltic wrecks. Water was crystal clear and had the the Cove to ourselves for the first 2 dives. Night dive tomorrow postponed due to fall in temperature, chance of trips, slips n freeze ups too apparent.

Monday 30 January – Well done to all at the Dive Club tonight, apparently great signs of mastery in all quarters. Congratulations to Steve n Jo, Steve is taking a short break from his PADI training to be with new arrival last night …Samuel !

Aqua T Full Day at Pool

Sunday 29 January – A full day of pool work from early this am. Drysuit sessions for those completed their PADI Open Water theory n pool, now ready for the real thing. Wednesdays Night dive may be postponed as there will be a severe drop in Temp by midweek, an early freeze is warned for Weds afternoon, will confirm Tues am. if we can still do it. ( H&S is our guide to safe n fun diving, keep watching)

Aqua T Equipment Day

Saturday 28 January – PADI Equipment Care & maintenance speciality today, working with a bunch of spanners, sorry Adam n Trev but couldn’t resist that one, Well done today, hopefully graduated from mole grip mentality too ! Nice to see Paul from Del Mar and have fun at Capernwray tomorrow with Paul O , Dan n Jonathan.

Aqua T Super Day

Friday 27 January – Super day of glorious sunshine but stuck inside for dry sessions. Lovely to see Helen n Rob from Poole 2day at shop, fitted out with equipment, see you in Swanage soon ! Welcome back to James PADI Staff Instructor/GUE who has helped out in the past and back now with some great ideas and adventures for all. Remember Club night as usual Monday next week, Night dive Wednesday. Note all training dives in Drysuits until end of April. Members last day for FREE week of air fills.

Aqua T Superb Dives

Thursday 26 January – Superb dives this pm, great viz and almost the place to ourselves. In 35 years of diving, this has to be the best winters diving ever, temperatures are unnaturally warm topside, and water temperature warmer than normal. You are honestly missing out on unique conditions….come on down !!

Wednesday 25 – First Aid refresher day today for Helen, Teri n James, well done all ! Hope the sun shines tomorrow as we are off for a pleasure dive and don’t want to be sheltering from wind n rain. Get well soon to Steve who was to join us.

Aqua T Good Response

Tuesday 24 January – Wow! Thanks for the responses re pleasure dive on Thursday, I now realise why the economy is suffering, and GDP down.. too many people able to take time off during the week to go diving !! Will text you back on Weds am to confirm Dosthill or Stoney. Not many takers for the Night Dive next Wednesday, same old dogs going, see if you can make it…post, text or call !!

Monday 23 January – Welcome to early bird Ruth on her PADI Discover scuba experience this am, something now to prove to the hubs eh ? Well done also this afternoon to Joe, Tomasz and Suzanne on their PADI Open Water Course today. We have a PADI Equipment Speciality this Saturday for any others interested.
