Monday 29 July…Another late night

Monday 29 July…Another late night, Rescue Diver skills in the pool this evening, excellent fun, but a gradual reduction in willing victims for Recuers Andy and Kevin, Andys long arm tow similar to a Los Angeles cops death grip. Rescue breath techniques even I had never seen before, and not in the PADI manual. Well done to Zoe and her mum Helen on their PADI DS this afternoon.

Sunday 28 July…Ooops

Sunday 28 July…Ooops missed the posting last night, started to draft and then zzzzzz. It was a manic day, the afternoon was a youngsters 12th Birthday party at their swimming pool, water so hot it was exhausting, and a marathon to carry cylinders, knuckles now scraping the floor. Thanks to the many helping hands, large and small, who made the day a real buzz, congrats to Jake, now 12.

Thursday 25 July…Grrrr !

Thursday 25 July…Grrrr ! Working on a new equipment store room, hot n dusty, tired of lugging suits around from rail to rail. After lunch had pool sessions to do..that came as escape. Well done to Jenny on her DSD and also to Nicola on her PADI skills in the pool (photo). Before Louise comments on it…yes it was my annual pool teaching session !

Saturday 20 July…Mmm

Saturday 20 July…Mmm. at last, some respite from the sunshine. Stoney Cove was busy today, all 3 car parks on a Saturday, unheard of, had a long walk to the water. Well done to Gary n Aaron today, who took the walk to the water in their stride, now I know why my trousers are getting longer. Well done this afternoon to Emma on her PADI skills in the pool (photo).
