Weds 12 June…It was a relief

Weds 12 June…It was a relief to get into the water today, another scorcherooni in S.France. The most pleasant of dive days today, massive shoals of Dorada, free swimming Octopus, scorpion fish…simply endless…and bright sunshine too ! Look out for Specialities of the month on our website, FFMs is on.

Tuesday 11 June…A well deserved day off

Tuesday 11 June…A well deserved day off from diving and its a scorcherooni in S.France ! Managed the effort of a snorkel and dried/washed some of the dive gear and odd repair. Things (diving) is very quiet here, must be the economy, dive centres seem to be catering for only small numbers, great for us though, booked in for 2 tomorrow. See our next UK dive trip 8-10 July, Plymouth, it’s a midweeker, because that’s what you requested.

Monday 10 June…All is calm and serene

Monday 10 June…All is calm and serene (see photo) on the boat after a busy day of diving, some giant groupers, and one very angry one, with some beautiful colours in the Mediterranean sunshine. We have a day off from diving tomorrow, so time to update the website with some PADI Speciality offers, and a Uk trip for early July, oh, and to hit the beach of course !

Saturday 8 June…Here in Begur

Saturday 8 June…Here in Begur it rained torrents and the wind got up overnight, we had a super dive though on Ilya Noir and spotted free swimming Rays. Well done to Sammy,Ryan, Mark, Sophie and Beani. lots of GoPro footage from 2cameras. An absolutely stunning location, well worth revisiting later in the season, really friendly dive centre who hosted our group for today’s diving. Moving up the coast again tomorrow.

Thursday 6 June…We left the marina in bright sunshine

Thursday 6 June…We left the marina in bright sunshine and within 40 minutes we were shrouded in sea-mist here in France, rather curtailed the offshore diving and headed back to the coast for some stunning arched swim throughs and caves galore. A lot of lugging of kit today as we are off over the border tomorrow to try out a couple of days on new dive sites

Wednesday 5 June…Well we’re here after one hellish airport fiasco

Wednesday 5 June…Well we’re here after one hellish airport fiasco, our local UK airport is in dire need of a logistics overall, they won’t manage the summer footfall.
Anyway, relaxing on the beach in glorious sunshine, 27 degrees. We’re calling this prep for tomorrow’s diving, but just an excuse for some R n R. Although the Uk is also bathed in sunshine, we ended our day with a rain dance for you all
