Monday – Make n mend tasks on a dismal Monday, still working on the shop and servicing regulators this afternoon. For those who really cannot face getting wet in November/December, we have some dry meetings with trips to Historic dockyards and HMS Dolphin etc. keep a look out on the website club events. Still trying to tempt those budding Tech divers out to come try twinsets n rigs. Away on dive jolly tomorrow will post the photos.
Saturday – Morning in pool with PADI Discover Scuba, well done Mary, Jo n Sam. Also well done n congrats to Rach n Kevin on their PADI Scuba Review workshop to complete their PADI D/Master. Have left shop in real mess as been making room for the new compressor and air station, better put some overtime in, but off to Scotland for a dive jolly during the week.
Friday – Writing the diary early as we have the night off (first for ages)for well deserved celebration. Perfect day and 2 dives today at Stoney, did 3 wrecks on one dive, excellent navigation by Ross and Kelvin on their PADI Advanced Open Water, viz super, its a joy to deive, and still mild ! Making some changes to dive shop over weekend, will be a mess. Check November trips
Wednesday – A super day at Stoney cove today, well done to Glen in completing his PADI Advanced Open Water Diver , and to Sophie n Beani on their U/W Navigation and Divemaster appraisal. Also a Night dive at Stoney tonight, nice to see some old faces and friends n Paul C, and of course the die hards. The vis is truly 10metres, lots of pike on night dive, Em probably the first human to be close to a pikes supper. Conditions are superb… come join us for a midweek dive !!

Tuesday – Another early start, well done to Vikki, Sean and Tug on completing their PADI EFR/First aid course today with us, we can all sleep safer in our beds now..eeek ! Remember the PADI Night diver speciality is popular this time of year, the temperature is still quite warm, we will be making the most of it, both at Stoney cove on Wednesday nights and Dosthill on Thursdays.
Monday – Dismal morning at Stoney Cove, well done to Steve on his PADI drysuit course and starting his PADI Advanced Open Water Course. November starting and still busy on diving courses, maybe UK diving taking off again, its the best, even in winter. Look out for our Club events during Novemberwww.aquatechnique.co.uk
Sunday – Well the PADI Tec Rec and Tech aquaint courses are going well, this morning in the pool for 8 am, spent on weighting, buoyancy, configs and gas shutdowns etc, then quick lunch and off to Stoney Cove to put it into practice. Well done to Roy n Mick, forget the twin 15s n bow legs, and make do with the 12s.
