Where did you get that hat?

Friday – Stoney Cove, bathed in sunshine, super viz, lots of fish, and the “dare you to wear that hat” brigade were out and about (see photo). UK diving at its best, whether inland or at the coast, lazy fun diving day, lots of tea n cakey in between ! Well done to the Jedi master, Carl n Nick, and Rachel n Rachael were buddying up.

Summer is here

Thursday – Wow what a scorcher, morning in the pool and afternoon at Stoney Cove, soaking up the rays. Super viz at the cove and extremely well done and congrats to Samantha, Mark and Ryan on completion of their PADI Open Water Diver qual (see photo).Thanks to Rachel n Mikey for help, and well done on the tow!

Drive and Dive

Wednesday – After a long drive yesterday, early morning start in Pool, well done to Jess n Katy on PADI discover scuba and to Owen and Craig on their HSW First aid Course. Welcome back to Dan, who is prepd to depart to Seychelles on Conservation project, coming again next week for PADI SMB speciality and try out his new kit. Congratulations is in order to Paul Carlton, who is now officially a PADI disciple, well done on your Divemaster internship and thanks for all the help !

Plymouth and Pool

Tuesday – Split day, been to Plymouth with old boys, Rich and Joe 2 fantastic dives and suntan, last dive for Scallops off Fort Bovisand, and fish n chips for tea on Plymouth Hoe…mmmm!. Meanwhile back at dive school, Stoney Cove this am with Nick, and back to pool for PADI discover scuba with Charley and Ian (see photos below) well done both, time is now for Charley’s hubby to take up the challenge well done to Simon this evening, thanks to Rach and Kevin.

Well Done What a Day

Monday – Make n mend day, sorting out school and hire equipment, well done to Kelly n Wayne in pool today (see photo) on completing their PADI Open Water Diver theory n pool, off soon to Egypt. Thanks to Rachel J for help today in pool.

Stoney Better Than our Honeymoon (not)

Sunday – Dosthill (Dozzi) quarry today, was about to upload my photos when Elodie n Olivier, 2 of our recent PADI Open Water Divers sent these through from French Polynesia. Have translated their email from French, I believe it says..Bora bora was smoke n mirrors and they much preferred the wet Wednesday night dives at Stoney, at least I think thats what it said ?

Friday Missing

Saturday – Intro to Tech (PADI Tec Rec) diving in pool today, well done to Anthony, Sarah and Phil, tired of lugging twinsets around, stubbing my toes grazing my ankles and trapping my fingers. Perfect buoyancy control and fine tuning trim.

Nice Indoors

Wednesday – Nice to be indoors today, well done Courtenay n Estelle on PADI Open Water Referral course today, the most amazing scuba unit removal/refit ever, we will need to re-write the PADI manual. Late night for club meet last night, as retired to Toby carvery, still recovering. Thanks to Tony n Andy D/M trainees today, sterling effort in the pool. Dive club look out for Intro to Tec night/ PADI Tec Rec.
