Weds 9 April….First day back in the UK, and we’ve brought the sunshine back from Egypt. Came back to servicing and cylinder testing. Dates for the October trip to Egypt being set and remember we have one to Spain’s Medes Islands from June 9-16. Nitrox course on Friday and another in 2 weeks time, so sign up now.
Friday 4 April…Another day in the sun and idyllic surroundings. A lovely night out at Stella’s bar in Sharm el Sheikh with Catherine, Alex, Mark, Matt, Mike and Rowan (photo). Easy reef dive tomorrow afternoon, most welcome after a late night out.
Thursday 3 April…Been busy today, very windy in Sharm meant change of dive location today. Very tired, but now having to listen to Em’s Freediving breathing techniques, soft palate, epiglottis and diaphragm exercise (thought they were all types of gateaux myself). Thought with her snoring ability, she’d have no problem with those. Weather..Windy and too hot !
Weds 2 April… Day spent sorting and assembling equipment configurations for tomorrow. Photo shows fat boy has secured 2 sets of Ally cylinders for side slings for tomorrows Deep dive wreck exploration. Em is freediving tomorrow to upgrade her freediver Instructor rating.
Tuesday 1 April….Its hhhhot and the water is waaarrm n clear, just a spot of relaxation before the diving begins here in Egypt. Back home it’s business as usual with Sophie n Abbs holding the fort, and hope they’ve made the move to our new industrial unit….we live in hope !
Anyone else interested in the Nitrox course on 11 April, let us know, as many dive centres abroad, like here in Egypt, offer Nitrox gas/cylinders for free, if you’re Quald.
Sunday 30 March…Morning session in the pool with Gussie and Peter on their refresher before their further adventures in the sun, hope you have a great time ! This afternoon we had free for some well deserved RnR. Only a matter of hours before those lovely sunsets over the Sinai and Red Sea, but remember it’s just work !
Saturday 29 March…A great day today supplemented by lots of Choccies n Cakies courtesy of our DMs. Well done to Sarah and Zoe on their SCUBA course in the pool, and to the 3 amigos, Pat, John and Chris on their PADI course. Well done too …See more
Tuesday 11 March…Not sure about the weather today, on South coast surveying WW2 wreckage, meanwhile at home well done to Caroline and Martin on their PADI Scuba course in the pool this afternoon. Any more for First Aid course next Friday 21 March just contact us.
