Sunday – Early morning dives at Dosthill, as if a sharp frost was not quite enough, it was also snowing, very christmassy but not well received. Water was warm(er) than air so was a treat to get in !

Saturday – Another bust day at the shop, lots of air fills, good to see so many of us still keen to take to the waters at this time of the year. PADI Open water qualification dives tomorrow, but in drysuits so comfortable diving all round.

Friday – oooops its late only just back from diving this afternoon at Dosthill, well after stopping at a local hostelry and being picked up (transport) tonight. Well done to Jamie today at Dozzie, who now holds the record for multiple gas shutdowns on his Tec diving aquaint course. Busy at the shop today I hear, we are closing over Christmas, but just Buzz us for anything you need and also air fills.

Thursday – Pool preparation for Tec Aquaint course at Stoney (or poss Dosthill) tomorrow. Congratulations and well done to Gary Gavin-Pitt in qualifying as a PADI Divemaster today.

Wednesday – Brrrr ! the dry gloves are now officially out, great dive at Stoney Cove today, well done to Paul on his PADI SMB speciality, the viz is truly sparkling, at 22m you can see for miles, the best in years.

Tuesday – A superb early morning dive at Stoney Cove basked in sunshine, and we were the only ones there diving. Well done and congrats to Nick on completing his PADI Advanced Diver today, a great achievement !

Monday – Re-furb on shop nearing completion. Dive Club meeting tonight and EVERY Monday, meet 7.30pm. presentation on cold weather diving.

Sunday – Reminder…The Dive Club meets every Monday, tomorrow we are meeting at 7.30 pm, earlier than normal. New members welcome, just see our website at www.aquatechnique.co.uk, and drop us an email or telephone.

Saturday – Good day at shop, even commissioned the massive heating system…mmm toasty ! Completed a compressor operation and management presentation for group local BSAC divers, and filled lots of cylinders as a bonus. Day out for Dive Club tomorrow (Sunday), has to beat Xmas shopping.

Friday – Well the purchase of Xmas vouchers for try dives and stocking fillers has gathered momentum today. Nice to see some old students returning for continuing courses, and a couple of PADI Scuba tune ups in prep for winter sun hols. This week, remember Dive Club Meeting on Monday is earlier than usual…7.30pm start…. see you there !
