Wednesday – Well done to Keith, Colin n David from the North on passing PADI EFR first aid course today, excellent performance by all, unusual bedside manner Colin, in propositioning the prostrate female shop staff casualty !
Tuesday – Em in S.France, 31degrees (what are we doing in the UK ?), She is moving the boat to a new quay, easier access for all, and closing dive Ops there for winter. Night dive lecture for dive club this pm, only 7 takers, if you’re joining us on a Night dive (as season is starting), you really need to come along to the theory prep its FREE. Well done to Phil n Anthony in pool this afternoon, who favoured MaccyD’s to waiting around for tonights theory, beginning to wish I had joined them !!
Monday – Stoney Cove with waves today ! Still, nice and calm under the bus stop (see photo) and sun beaming through water, well done Simon on PADI advanced course, the photo option worked well. Excellent work by Faye on her Navigation speciality, although the windy weather produced some err… serious compass deviations, hhmmm ?
Sunday – Busy in pool again today, Well done Trudy n Jake and of course Mark, Sam n Ryan on your PADI O/W skills. Congrats to Divemasters Rachael n Kevin on D/M theory exams. Two full days of PADI EFR next week so chance to dry out.
Saturday – Well done to Andy n Beckie in pool, and happy anniversary ! Welcome back to Sam, Ryan and dad Mark on their PADI Open Water Course with us. Em in pool all day, now looking a million dollars….all green n crinkled !
Friday – Early morning pool sessions then off to Stoney Cove at lunch. The most perfect day; sunshine and some returning friends n students, great to see Kelly, Caroline, Carl and Nick, and of course the Jedi master(see photos below). We almost had the cove to ourselves, it was bliss and great viz.
Thursday – Welcome to Steven, Jaeson, Richard, Phil and Kevin (the new EFR narrator) form north of the border, and well done on your First Aid course (see photo) today. Pool sessions tonight for PADI Discover scuba, well done Nikki n Sara. Check out the Dive Club calendar new events being added !! 
Wednesday – Night dive at Stoney Cove (see photos), water was warm but wind made it chilly at the surface. Well done to Zoe n Mike on their PADI Open Water qualification. The nights are closing in now, certainly the advent of Autumn.
Tuesday – Toasty warm for me in the pool with D/M trainees Tony n Andy, well done on skill circuit and briefs. Em was running dive trip to Northern pit, I get a nosebleed north of Nottingham, very windy apparently, SMBs had fun like Zepelins, hope you all enjoyed it ! Thanks to Richard at MARES for staff training day at shop for girls, can’t wait for our new stock of MARES drysuits, they look the biz !
Monday – First Aid/EFR course this am and pm. Chris managed the perfect comatose body for the course, as still recovering from Sundays diving. Em managed to mimic a traction patient on the course as a result of the slope at Dosthill. Congrats to the Jedi master who has finally felt the force, and has become a PADI Divemaster professional. Well deserved and well earned, thanks 4 all the help. Well done Vince Food !! (see photo hmmm standard AQT pose)
