Saturday 26 April…A hurriedly put together

Saturday 26 April…A hurriedly put together day today, with some switching around of teaching and servicing. Well done to all the guys from up North on their EFR/First aid course, minus the photo. Lots of diving coming up so hope the weather is kind to us. We have another Rescue Diver course running from Sunday 11 May if there’s any more wanting to sign up for this extremely useful course.

Thursday 24 April…The sun and blue sky came out

Thursday 24 April…The sun and blue sky came out after the dives today. Well done to Julian on his Search n Recovery workshop and Rescue skills. The viz is virtually excellent, 9 degrees in the shallows but warming slowly, so come on down. Photo shows Julian and Em taking a few seconds downtime from scoffing 5 kg of Oreos, check their cheeks out !

Weds 23 April….Mixed day today, with some servicing thrown in, good to see Andy L one of our busiest divers, and Bradders again, reluctant to leave the metropolis of Leicester for the grim North. Divemaster day tomorrow, and it’s rain forecast, Phil casting spells from afar.

Monday 21 April…Another busy day and lots of peeps passing through. Good to see Paul C back in circulation, and Becky before she’s off to Egypt. Well done to Ruth and Bernard on their PADI Open Water course today, have a great time in St.Vincent, send us some photos ! Nice to see Julia for her SCUBA (photo)course in her visit from Zurich, and good to see Peter McM stealing a few days in the UK before back to Thailand/Malaysia once again.

Saturday 19 April…Another great day, sunshine and very productive. Well done to Emma, Steve and Colin early this am on their SCUBA session, and also to Ellie and Sam this afternoon. Thanks to DMs Julian and Mark and well done on their skills demos, and again to Julian for the many many Cakies brought to sustain us through the day.

Weds 16 April…A really eventful day today, well done to Sarah and Matthew this morning on their PADI Scuba pool experience. congratulations to Becky (pic of her being attacked by wasp)on achieving her PADI Open Water qualification this after non at Stoney. congrats also to Sammy, Ryan and Mark on their PADI Night Diver qualification at Stoney cove tonight. Thanks to DMs Peter and Mike for help.

Tuesday 15 April…Chasing around today

Tuesday 15 April…Chasing around today moving stock and shop fittings to the new unit, and in between dropping off cylinders. A big well done to Nishad and John on their drysuit pool skills, and congratulations on their PADI O/W and bon voyage to Elisabeth and Adel on their trip to Borneo. Thanks to both Peter and Mike on their excellent instruction in the pool, and for my prezzies.
