Club Guidance Notes
Many events are subject to weather conditions, especially UK Coastal trips, often an alternative dive site may be substituted where weather conditions dictate, if this is not possible then the event may be cancelled.
Each trip or holiday event will be detailed within a monitoring box, this will allow members to see the current efficacy or viability status of the event.
Please inform us at least 24 hours advance if you are intending to attend any of the diving activities, including inland sites, this will make organisation of buddies possible.
All divers must ensure their equipment is up to date and serviced in accordance with dive Industry/training agency requirements.
Where events are dependant upon a minimum number of participants, and that minimum is not met, then the event may be cancelled, and deposit monies refunded. The option of going ahead at an amended cost may be possible where the event is still viable.
All deposit monies will be refunded where either para 1 or para 2 apply. Any package holiday deposits/payments once made to a Tour Operating Company will be subject to the tour operators terms and conditions relating to refunds.
The Club Events Calendar may be subject to change, please keep monitoring the calendar to see any additional activities that have been scheduled or indeed those that may have been cancelled.
