Thursday 16 February….Well we seem to be extra busy

Thursday 16 February….Well we seem to be extra busy for the first quarter of this year, bookings are certainly up, and we look forward to welcoming lots of new faces to the sport. In between all this we are in process of moving our shop, and do hope many of you will see it as a convenient place to drop in for a chat, coffee and see our array of new stock. Busy few days ahead, with everyone working extra hours to pack it in, even the dive dog Mex is involved (photo). Come and join us for some fun diving, the weather is spring like !

Weds 15 Feb….welcome to weds night dive at the Cove

Weds 15 Feb….welcome to weds night dive at the Cove, not one for the faint hearted, and not like last weeks night dives in the Red Sea. Thought we would try out some of the new equipment launched on the market. https://youtu.be/ZxVu39LOSBY
Looking to make Wednesday night dives (1st. & 3rd of the month) a regular diving/social meet, so getting wet is optional, but retirement to the local bar compulsory, come join us !

Monday 13 February….Servicing equipment a backlog today

Monday 13 February….Servicing equipment a backlog today, and still found time to try out this brand new on the market Mares Loop regulator. An innovative design with the air feed directly into the bottom of the reg, rather than side, gave us unlimited routing and accessibility today as an independent air source. If you dive with a pony cylinder, this is a brilliant, easy to access regulator, with extra tidy hose stowing. Feeding in some more Red Sea photos from last week, will put them on an easy to access forum for all to see.

Friday 13 January….So, a good day despite Fri 13

Friday 13 January….So, a good day despite Fri 13 and nothing but a sprinkling of the white stuff here. As a reminder to Amy and David, who phoned to see if pool training was still on this morning, we do still teach in the snow as you can see from our past Navigation course at the Cove. Lots of diving still going on, and winter dives mean great viz and fewer people about. Apologies for delay of January newsletter, we are awaiting price confirmation on 2 of our trips, it will be out in next couple of days.

Thursday 12 January….Apologies, we have been busy with late nights

Thursday 12 January….Apologies, we have been busy with late nights getting ready for our shop move, and very little time to post on FB. Thought this photo would stir the 20 adventurers who are on our liveaboard in only 2 weeks, just napping here between diveson our last liveaboard. We have one space on a PADI Rescue Diver course in February, if anyone is up for the challenge?

Weds 4 January….Showing our commitment

Weds 4 January….Showing our commitment for the first Night dive of 2017 at the Cove tonight, cold and becoming crisp, as the temperature is dropping. Nevertheless, daytime diving is very attractive, superb viz and great fun, so come on down and join us. We now have stock of the new Apeks MTX-R extreme cold water regulator, new to the market. It breathes a dream, if your face lights up like ours (see photo), then give us a buzz and become a proud owner, like me, (Peter requested no publicity for his). In to the Cove pub for food and a warm now !
